In his early years, Jonathan's studies led him into many industries, including aviation, entertainment, culinary arts, hotel & event management, and software development. Culinary logistics and software turned out to be his preference and led to an accomplished early career at some of New York's most well-known culinary institutions. In 1999, Jonathan was named Executive Chef and General Manager of one of NYC's premier multi-property event management and catering companies.
Over a 10-year period, Jonathan began defining and integrating advanced software systems into all facets of culinary operations. Advancing that culinary group from a mom-and-pop business to a nearly $100 million per year operation. Those diverse experiences have given him a well-rounded skillset that he applies to solve complex challenges for large office clients and all-size culinary vendors. Jonathan has primarily focused on creating industry-leading operational efficiencies for culinary clients, which lead to improved food quality, huge reductions in food waste, and the elimination of wasted time and money.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys devising ways to help the world eat better.
Timothy may have grown up on the beaches of Lake Erie, but he found his passion indoors, in tech. With his first commercial website published while in high school and his first e-commerce website live just before the "Y2K" crash, he has been engrossed in coding, application design, and technology infrastructure for nearly three decades.
One of Timothy's greatest strengths has been a drive to learn how things work, which is the key to building, repairing, and improving. That strength has been used to build and improve web applications for hundreds of organizations across the country.
In his free time, Timothy enjoys travel, skiing, and chasing after his kids.
